Prescribed a year ago by my naturopath. 2 before a meal and one after. Within 8 months I only needed one before my meals. Keeps the spasms of my esophagus at bay. It is hopeful that in time that my stomach may be completely healed of the G.E.R.D.

I wanted reversal--an end to my esophageal spasms triggered by eating naturally, not dependent on a drug. I was instructed to chew two tabs 15-20 minutes before each meal and one afterwards. Within 6-8 months I was down to only one tablet per meal. Garlic used to = instant flaming heartburn, but not any more (14 months later). With the changes to my diet and DGL I am hopeful that the day is in sight when I won't need it anymore. After my 4th month I got my husband who had been on Nexium for four decades to try it and he hasn't had a Nexium for 10 months and is much improved himself. Eat right and use this product and it may be possible for you, too, to see improvement and perhaps permanent relief.

Not only does this taste great it actually works too! I have a stomach ulcer and didn't want to use a PPI so I tried some different brands of DGL and none of them worked except this one!
