Enzymedica is such a great company for digestive enzymes. I have tried others, and they don't compare. This product in particular is super effective. I have friends who say the Digest Gold is also very, very good. The pill is super small...a capsule. They don't use fillers, which is why the capsule is so small. I always suggest this to friends and family.

We've tried several digestive enzymes and this one works the best by far. I like that Digest doesn't have a bunch of junk fillers therefore only 1 capsule @ meals is needed, and they're small capsules at that!

I've been taking Digest for almost a year now. I have really bad IBS and am not able to eat many foods without problems. After taking this product for about 4 months, I've noticed that I can eat small amounts of some foods I couldn't eat in the past. I'm also able to take small portions of vitamins. Hopefully, my digestion will continue to improve with this product.
