Suggested Usage

Digest Spectrum really helps with my digestion and acid reflux. I am on a strict gluten free diet, but do go to restaurants and sometimes there may be cross contamination, so I find this product helps with this.

Digest Spectrum really works and has made it possible for me to eat most foods again. I normally eat a non-gluten/corn/ dairy/egg/soy diet, but when it's a special event or when I eat out I just take the capsules with me, pop two before eating and I don't have to worry about having issues.

So very effective when dealing with multiple food allergies and sensitivities. As long as I eat those foods in moderation, I can actually enjoy them from time to time, with the help of these enzymes, rather than having to eliminate foods. I love food and variety, so I don't want to outright eliminate foods. These, taken with aloe juice and probiotics, are part of the all-important digestive trifecta. Highly recommend.
