Solaray offers DLPA DL-Phenylalanine in a 50/50 blend of two amino acids, D-Phenylalanine and L-Phenylalanine, in a vegetarian capsule. The combination of these two amino acids may help support healthy, balanced hormone levels for enhanced focus, mood support and a healthy stress response.

Phenylalanine is an essential part of your overall health.  D-phenylalanine may break down the enzymes that break down the body's natural painkillers, endorphins. L-Phenylalanine is converted to L-Tyrosine in the liver. L-Phenylalanine is used by your body to make proteins and to produce dopamine, a neurotransmitter involved in learning, memory, and emotion.

Suggested Usage

Use only as directed. Take one VegCap daily a glass of water. For best results, take on an empty stomach.

Works so good big pharma will ban it

I do not take this on a daily basis. First used it over 25 years ago. It has allieviated knee pain, back pain and shoulder pain. I had shoulder pain for months swinging my driver playing golf. Then I remembered DLPA. One dose no more pain. Works like a miracle for me.

Great for mood

When i was going through a difficult emotional time it helped the sadness i was going through. After reading other reviews and hearing it helped with joint pain...Im going to order some for my friend that has been emotionally a wreck. Ive noticed his joint pain has got extreme since he has dealt with his emotions. Im going to see if this will help him. I will comment in the future about his results.
