Unlike a previous review with 2 star review, I noticed a difference in less than a week. I know of co-workers that had the same experience as me with the product, tennis players found relieve to their knees. Me, I'm just old.

The dosage may need to be adjusted according to your needs but it contains the building blocks for healthy joints....and skin too. It's a natural way to get these factors as opposed to synthetics. Chondroitin is good for cartilage and hyaluronic acid cushions joints and is great at providing hydration for joints and skin. I like this manufacturer too because they always have a competitive price and good quality.
