I have been taking fish oil for years now for general health reasons, and Carlson Labs is a name that I trust. I chose this one because I feel it has the best value of omega-3s per serving. I do have occasional fish burps, but that is to be expected when taking most fish oil softgels.

This product is a quality product from a quality company. The taste is pleasant. I have not yet had any burps from the product and I've been taking it for a while. The soft gel is easy to swallow and 1 soft gel provides 1250 mg of omega-3 EPA and DHA. The product is a natural color, preservative free and gluten free.
