I was overweight and went to a special clinic that specializes in weight loss. After talking with my regular Doctor she recommended taking Omega 3. The weight loss clinic gave me EPA/DHA Essentials. I was amazed everytime I went and had my monthly lab tests, my cholestrol points changed dramatically. Along with other blood tests they ran. I continue to take it every day since I lost the 65lbs I needed to.

I am taking this as part of a regimen to restore health. I take it three times a day as instructed by my doctor. It is easy to use and does not come back at me as others have. I have yet to have a complaint about it.

I have been using EPA/DNA for several years. Started using them to help with cholesterol. But I found out how much they help my joint pain when I did not refill immediately. My lower back & hips began to hurt again. Went back on these & the pain was gone. It's not instantaneous but I do not use any pain relievers for them now. Hurt my shoulder and between exercises the doctors told me to do & EPA/DHA I'm feeling so much better. I will admit I tried a less expensive brand. Not the same. Always come back to Pure Encapsulation.

Use the EPA/DHA to increase my good cholesterol and it has also lowered by bad cholesterol to the point that the doctor is amazed. I've noticed that my skin, nails and hair has also improved with using the EPA/DHA. I have more energy and feel better overall I haven't found anything bad about the EPA/DHA and I've been taking it for almost two years now.

Pure Encapsulations is one of my go to brands. No aftertaste or fish burps. I used to take liquid fish oil from another brand and it would get cloudy looking making me question it - and it was not cheap. So yeah, no complaints with this one.
