- 1 FloraLax 4.2 oz. powder. FloraLax contains three natural sources of high-quality fiber rolled into one: flax seeds, which keep fecal matter soft, psyllium seed husks, providing bulk to fecal mass, and acting as a sponge that absorbs waste products, and oat bran, offering an additional easy-to-digest source of fiber. Suggested Usage
Pro-Essence: Take 1 capsule twice daily (once in the morning and once in the evening) with a glass of warm water for 7 days.
