great for sleep

I take 2 at night about an hour before bed and I actually start feeling very drowsy and ready for sleep at the right time. I am one of those who has trouble turning of my thoughts for sleep. I like the way THIS BRAND actually helps me feel calm and relaxed. I have tried other brands and I felt NOTHING. I also use this by taking 1 if I wake once in the middle of the night. I fall back to sleep rather than laying awake for hours. This works equally as well for my husband.
