I take the chewable grape flavored tablets a little time before bed and it allows my mind to slow down naturally and then I can fall alseep! Am impressed with the performance of this supplement!

It just doesn't work for me I guess, I need something that really calms me down, With adult ADHAD controlling my emotions is rather diffucult. Any suggestions of another medicine I could try?
