Gentle on my system

I have been using Galactan for about a year now. I read about it when I was researching prebiotics. I make my own kefir, and use 2 tablespoons in each batch of kefir to boost the benefits and also to contribute to the creaminess of my kefir. It blends very well. It is gentle, too, and doesn't aggravate gassiness.
