Magnesium is essential for normal bone formation, calcium metabolism, controlling membrane permeability, muscular contraction, nerve impulse conduction, blood viscosity, activation of enzyme systems, intracellular fluid regulation, protein synthesis and hormone regulation. This oligo-element is indicated for conditions such as osteo-articular and muscular disorders, muscle cramps, water retention, digestive disorders, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension and premenstrual syndrome.
Suggested Usage
Take one ampoule one to two times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Squeeze contents directly into mouth. Hold under tongue for about 20 seconds and swallow. Use for one to two months, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
