Love this product!

I have been using Gan Mao Ling for several years. I always take it when I feel that I may be getting a cold. It works every time. The symptoms disappear within a day or two. It has been at least 8 years since I had a full blown cold.

A note to the person above regarding "food glaze" -- here you go: Pharmaceutical glaze is an alcohol based solution of various types of Food Grade Shellac. It is also known as confectioners glaze, resinous glaze, pure food glaze and natural glaze.
This product is great. Key is to take it as soon as you start to feel the first hint of being sick, though it does help at all stages. I ALWAYS have a jar on hand!
