Suggested Usage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily.  Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid.  Taking this product without enough liquid can result in a burning sensation in throat or heartburn.

This product is something you should use NOT just because you dont feel good but because it makes digestion better on a dailey basis. warms the body, supports immune amazing giner. the real ginger of gingerale!
