May cause bowel problems.

Dr. Wilsons formulas have been instrumental in aiding my recovery from adrenal fatigue and over all I recommend them highly. But I did want to offer a word of warning about the good sugar. In my personal experience it caused extreme bowel discomfort and diarrhea. This happened every time I ingested good sugar and I tried it three times with a month or more break in between. This is only my personal experience and doesn't mean it will have the same effect on you. But thought you might like to know so you can ask more questions.
