Suggested Usage
To relieve symptoms, take 15 minutes before meals:
Adults and children 18 years of age and older: 20 drops, in a bit of water, twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Delayed the need for surgery

Although my prostate continued to enlarge and I eventually needed surgery,GUNA prostate from day one reduced my symptoms noticably. I'm convinced it allowed me to forgo surgery for a couple of years. It does require attention to diet to be most effective;i.e. avoiding overeating.
