- -providing (typical): hydrolyzed collagen 60% 300 mg
- Grape (vitis vinifera) extract (seed) (standardized to contain 92% polyphenols) 140 mg

Other Ingredients: rice bran wax, citrus bioflavonoids, potato starch, ascorbyl palmitate, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).

Warnings
If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. Rare side effects of PABA and chondroitin found in hydrolyzed type II collagen include nausea, heartburn, diarrhea and constipation, drowsiness, skin reactions, or headache. Rare cases of liver toxicity from high doses of PABA (12-48 grams per day) have also been reported. Consult your physician for more information.

I have been using this product for years and in my opinion I have had very thick hair, great nails, and good skin at 78 because of it. In October I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. I am on chemo and an aromatase inhibitor - my hair was falling out like mad. However I kept taking this and I have new hair growth - which the docs tell me is impossible. :-) YEA!!!
