This is one of the best sleep aids out there. I use 1 on most nights, but if I am stressed, I take 2 to be sure I sleep well.

I will preface by saying that I don't have huge sleeping problems so I don't know how this would help someone with extreme issues... but when I do feel like I need a little extra support, this certainly does the trick for me. I love this stuff. It tastes great, too, I could eat it like candy!

I've been using these gummies on and off for years. When I have jet lag or when I'm under a lot of stress and really need to sleep, these gummies put me out really fast and I don't have any type of next day sleepiness. I just feel very well rested.

I've had troubles finding a comfortable position and falling and staying asleep has been rough for me. A friend suggested these gummies and gave me a few to try.
Now I take the two gummies as suggested, go to bed and fall asleep within 15-30 minutes. I wake up refreshed, no tossing and turning during the night, no side effects at all, just really nice sleep and I wake up refreshed in the morning. I was skeptical about taking these originally, now I highly recommend them. I feel great after a good night's sleep - finally!!
