Suggested use for adults is to add 20 drops to juice or water between two and four times every day in support of optimal adrenal health and wellness.
Suggested Usage
Adults: 20 drops in juice or water 2 to 4 times daily (20 drops upon rising and 20 before bed. (20 drops may also be taken at noon and/or mid-afternoon if desired)

I like the doppler. I typically need a lower amount of medicines than most people. I am able to measure and use as little as I need. I mix this in the morning with my tea, which dilutes the taste. If I forget to take it, I get very tired within a few hours.
