Doctor's Best's High Absorption Magnesium uses a patented, Organic, chelated delivery form of magnesium to optimize bioavailability and GI tolerance. It is not buffered and is more absorbable than magnesium oxide.

I have been using this Mag for 4 months now, taking 200mg twice a day. My Mag level is up in range and no GI distress. Very reasonable priced is why I switched to this and I am glad I did so.
