Suggested Usage
Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved or as a directed by a doctor.
How to dispense the pellets:
- 1) Pull tab first. Turn the tube upside down and twist pellet dispenser.
- 2) Continue to twist until 5 pellets have fallen into the cap. Carefully remove the cap.
- 3) Use the cap to pour the pellets into your mouth and allow them to dissolve. Repeat 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by your healthcare provider.

I use this to help keep down symptoms of histamine-intolerance from various high-histamine foods, for which it's very effective. In fact it's so effective that sometimes I forget to take it for a while and the symptoms come back. Regularity and diligence are key with this one, in my opinion. However it doesn't take long to get back into your system so for that reason I especially find it helpful. It can be taken as needed but does seem to work better over time (at least for me).
