This formula delivers the clinically researched dose of DAO in an easy-to-swallow, gastro-resistant mini-tablet, which is essential for releasing DAO in the small intestine, where it breaks down food-derived histamine. HistDAO does not manage or address antibody-related or IgE-related food allergies.*
Suggested Usage
Adults: Take one tablet no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods, or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, coating (ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, stearic acid, oleic acid, and microcrystalline cellulose), sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate.
Formulated to exclude: Wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, sesame, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), artificial colors, and artificial sweeteners.

Finally found something that works.

I’ve finally found what really works for my digestion. My Dr indicates I’ve got IBS. If an item is high on FODMAP I take XYMOGEN histDAO. Other histDAO brands haven’t worked well for me.
