Suggested Usage
Children (4 years or over): Chew one tablet 1-2 times daily with a meal, at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as professionally directed.

Tastes good! My kids like it

This is a great product for kids that don't yet swallow pills. It tastes good and they don't mind chewing it up. Much easier than powders which can be difficult to dissolve. Only drawback is that it requires refrigeration.
