Human Lactic Commensals (HLC) probiotic strains are research-driven and clinically proven in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trials at 25 billion CFU per day. Proprietary non-pathogenic human-sourced microflora bacterial strains are utilized as they have strong epithelial adherence and naturally high tolerance to stomach acid.
Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Keep refrigerated.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

This product repopulated my gut with ""good"" bacteria after mine had all been wiped out by a double course of antibiotics. I've continued it on a maintenance dose ever since. It seems to regulate my movements and keep my system toned up.

Product delivers more than expected

I use this product daily to prevent GER (Reflux). This was receommended to me as a child by my Dr. since the Rx prevents calcium absorbion. Without this product I suffer severe pain when eating and sleeping and this has completely corrected the problem. Sometimes when I eat spicy food I'll take extra to ensure no reflux.

I purchased this product after it was recommended by a nutritionist. I am in my 50s and have noticed just changes in my gut; just felt out of balance. Having issues with a lot of gas and changes in my stool; all age related unfortunately. I started this probiotic and boy do I feel better! Not gassy all the time anymore and my stools are normal! Yay! Definitely by this if you're over 50! Great for straightening out your gut flora!
