HLC Multi Strain is a 15 billion CFU probiotic formula, providing four strains of proprietary human-sourced Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 & CUL-21), Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis that temporarily modify gut flora,* and have been tested in various human clinical trials. The capsules are 100% pure vegetable-sourced which makes the product ideal for vegans.

Suggested Usage

Adults, adolescents and children (6 years and older): One capsule taken once daily or as professionally directed. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

Store under refrigeration (below 46°F).

Noticeable Improvement; Helped Histamine Response As Well

This probiotic has been critical to the improvement of my gut and overall number of food intolerances, especially with high-histamine foods. I knew I needed these strains (lactobacillus and bifidobacterium types) per a gut biome test result. However, I tried other brands first with little success. HLC Multistrain has definitely had the largest overall impact by far.
