Suggested Usage
Adults, Adolescents and Children (1 year and older): In a glass, add water or milk to one heaped scoop (1.15 g) of HMF Super Powder and mix. Take two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Store under refrigeration (below 46 °F).

I was first introduced to this product by our Homeopathic Dr. It is the best probiotic I have ever used. The company I use to buy from would charge alot for shipping since it is temperature sensitive. Since this is free shipping I can order a larger bottle.

I originally tried HMF Super Powder Probiotic after hearing that a local naturopathic college had tested a number of probiotics and found the Genestra products to be the richest in active microorganisms. I've tried too many inexpensive probiotics that did basically nothing. From firsthand experience I can say that taking HMF Super Powder orally helped. Also, this is the best price I've found (make sure you are a registered customer).
