Vegetable capsules are derived from vegetable cellulose and contain sodium copper chlorophyllin (chlorophyll).
Does not contain any corn, dairy, egg, fish, glutens, peanuts, rice, shellfish, soy, sugar, yeast, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

I've gone through one bottle of 90 capsules. I have not noticed any difference. I think they are not strong enough!

Helpful for Energy and Sleep

Prior to taking this I never slept more than 4 hours before I had to get up and urinate. Since taking this I've been sleeping 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 hours before I need to get up. I also feel like I have a bit more energy during the day. I started with one capsule, and have increased that to two each morning.
