Suggested Usage
Take three capsules daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, supplements and food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

I'm really happy that I'm finally able to find a supplier for my dad's Ichol Plus for a reasonable price but the delivery took longer than I expected that I had to buy an alternative here in Canada while we were waiting for it.
