I haven't been sick in 10 years once I started taking this daily. Everyone around you can be sick and even with the worst sickness you ""might"" feel a slight sore throat for a part of a day, then you are fine again. That's what our family calls an ""immucare cold"". It works like magic as long as you take it regularly.

Helping with chronic colds/allergy/seasonal yuck

In 2022 I seemed to be sick off and on all through Fall and into Winter. I live where winters are warm, and have young kids, so on top of catching every cold my kids brought home I had seasonal allergy symptoms and sinus infections in between.
The same pattern was starting this fall in 2023, so a friend recommended trying this. I’ve been taking it a couple months now and while I just caught a cold recently it’s not nearly as bad as last year and I am much more functional; less depleted. I do double up on the dose for a couple days when I feel symptoms ramping up - especially in my sinuses. That seems to knock it out then I drop back to recommended dose.
Grateful for this product that has helped give me my energy back this year.
