I am on my second bottle of this supplement and take it with every meal. I have noticed a difference in the severity of my symptoms after eating. It has definitely helped to minimize negative digestive woes, although it isn't completely magical (hence the 4/5 stars). I still experience some troubles with gas, esophageal discomfort, and constipation, but they are milder. I will continue to purchase this alongside other supplements as I work to heal my gut.
