Suggested Usage
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) three (3) times daily.<br />
Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 mL) daily, slowly working up to the recommended dosage. Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs. Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. No Refrigeration needed.

I use according to the directions. I'm quite sure it's helping to reduce bloating and increase comfort. I use a lot of supplements so it's never clear which ones are specifically beneficial. However, I don't want to be without Restore!

I started her off at 2 times a day at 1/4tsp for 2 weeks, then 1/2 tsp for 2 weeks, then 3/4 tsp for 2 months because every time I bumped it up to 1tsp she would get a sick feeling to her stomach. It took 3 months for her to notice a considerable difference, and it took 6 entire months for her to get to the 1tsp. She is now back to her normal diet without the toilet issues.
