Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake before use. Using the metered dropper, take 0.2 mL (4 drops) one to three times or as recommended by a healthcare professional. May be added to food: mix in cold or hot beverages but only after the heating process.

Great product!

First of all, this brand is one of my favorites. I Started this product for being deficient in Vitamin D. I just need 4 drops a day to equal the 5,000 units of D3. Plus it has Vitamin K which is important to have together with Vitamin D. This bottle is going to last me almost a year! I recommend this product to whoever is facing deficiency in Vitamin D.
