Suggested Usage
Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.
Ingredients
One Capsule Contains: Iron (as Iron (II) Bisglycinate) 25 mg.
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, magnesium stearate, or stearic acid.

It works. I ordered this because I've had chronic fatigue with very low blood counts and ordinary iron pills were having no effect. I got this because it seemed that i had malabsorption, and it has worked. My strength has been increasing, after stagnating for a long time.
