Vitanica Iron Extra contains three forms of iron for red blood cell support. It promotes healthy iron stores and absorption with gentler forms of iron, Vitamin C and several key herbs. The inclusion of folate and Vitamin B12 offers additional support.

Suggested Usage
One (1) capsule daily. Iron products should be taken under the supervision of a physician.

Great for Restless Leg Syndrome

A nuerologist told me that restless legs can be the result of too little of a certain iron. Sure enough,I had low levels of that iron and since I've been taking this supplement every day (for 3 years) at bedtime, my restless legs are gone!
