The types of folate and B12 make a huge difference in how your kid responds to their multivitamin. Seeking Health Kid’s Multivitamin Chewable MF (Methyl-Free) contains a significantly less stimulating type of vitamin B12 and folate than the regular methylated version of Kid’s Multivitamin Chewable.

- Growth & Development is supported with an ideal ratio of essential vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals. These synergistically support optimal development and function of the nervous system, brain, hormones, bones, muscles, and organs.
- Methylation support is provided by methylated folate known as L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF) and methyl B12. Vitamin B2, known as riboflavin, also support the healthy functioning of the MTHFR gene. Vitamin B6 (as P-5-P) also supports healthy glutathione production which, in turn, supports methylation.
- Antioxidants support a healthy immune response. We include vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, CoQ10, L-carnitine and zinc.
- Eye & Vision support from 2 forms of vitamin A and lutein, a yellow carotenoid from marigold flower. Supporting the eyes is particularly important with increased exposure to the irritating blue light emitted from screens.

Suggested Usage
Children 1-3 years: Chew 1 tablet with breakfast.
Children 4 years or above: Chew 1-2 tablets daily with breakfast.
If desired, take ½ the serving size with breakfast and ½ with lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
