Suggested Usage
Shake well before use. Children 1-12 years old, take 1 tsp every 2-3 hours. Use up to four times daily or as directed by a physician.

Very thick, not great tasting, no difference

I've used several natural cough syrups and would not purchase this one again. My daughter is not picky and didn't like this. I tried it and agreed. Unfortunately it is expensive. Boiron Chestal Honey brand much better. If I felt like it worked better than other brands I would take it but saw no difference.
