I think it's working

I started taking L-Lysine 500 Mg because I read somewhere that is helps. It does take a while, but I have noticed that my occassional breakouts (from extreme stress) have been minimized. I think the key with most of the supplements is time; you have to give it weeks to really see or feel the difference. I have added this to my daily supplement regimen.
