Really Works!

Simple, easy! All you have to do is remember to identify foods with high fat/oil content and take the enzymes. I take 2 after moderately oily foods (avacados, etc) and 3 if I've eaten animal fats.

Not strong enough for chronic fat malabsorption

Used for cystic fibrosis as an alternative to pharmaceutical-grade digestive lipase. High dosage necessary for low to moderate-fat containing meals with a low rate of success and inability to effectively digest fats/oils. Would assume that this would be the outcome for those with severe gallbladder/liver conditions or removals. Unfortunately, there is not much on on the market that is stronger than this or that isn't part of a complete digestive enzyme (w/ amylase, protease, lactase, etc).

I take two capsules before each meal if I am going to consume any fats (oils). It is amazing to me what a difference these two capsules make for my ability to digest oils and other fats. This is the best fat digestive I have ever tried.
