These are easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste. After about week I've noticed improvements in my bathroom issues. I'm on Keto and sometimes have issues with "number 2." These have made me regular and I have less bloating. Thanks for a great supplement!

It's been almost a month and I have to say that I feel great. I know this helps with immunity and (knock on wood) I haven't been sick all month (after having bronchitis and pneumonia) and taking a Vitamin B supplement with this. I know this is supposed to help the immune system so I'm hoping that not feeling sick at all - with two kids in schools full of germs - is a result of taking this. I'm going to keep on it and hopefully it continues to keep me sick-free!

Okey so I do Hot yoga 🧘�‍♀️ all 7 days a week after taking this product more than 3+ weeks I can really see the difference. I am able to go in more depth using muscle strength and I can balance more effortlessly.. my claves are no more crying from previous day’s practice. It helps to recover my muscles speedily I believe and next day my whole body is ready to hit the class. Not only that my gut is super happy too! One of the best supplements I am taking it right now. I had no idea this Liposomal L-Glutamine was made in a capsule form. It's very easy and convenient to take and I do not have to worry about making a mess from using this product in a powder form. I workout 5-6 days a week and L- Glutamine is a staple in our home.
