I've used numerous types of ATP for over 10 years. For me, this one is excellent because of the high amount of adenosine triphosphate in ea tablet. Unless you take more than one at a time, you may not feel anything more than more energy, but that's all I want. Not sure why it's primary ingredient is Magnesium and the atp is played down on the label but I highly recommend it, especially if you're older and need the extra boost when recovering from an illness or overwork.
