I love this company. All of their products are top notch. The thing with mitochondrial supplements is that they are slow and deep to work… I don’t notice immediate shifts when I take this. My package was delivered when promised and was carefully packed. I’ve been taking it for several months. Anecdotal reports are not reliable and positive reports are often based on the placebo effect. I haven’t noticed any difference but hope it’s helping.

To be fair I’ve only used this for about a month now so I don’t expect my results to be full swing yet- but I noticed that I do have more energy during the day and my post workout recovery time seems a bit faster so I’ll try another couple months to see if I notice more changes over time.
