Easy to use and works for SAD

I take this a few times a week during the winter. It's helped both my husband and I get through when Seasonal Affective Disorder usually kicks in. It's very easy to take, just drop a few drops onto the back of your hand and lick it off. It tastes like olive oil.

Great source of Vitamin D

You get a lot of vitamin D per drop in this bottle. Each drop is 2000 IU. This was recommended by a friend. I have had low Vitamin D for years and was taking 50,000IU a week to try to raise it. After one month on these drops my vitamin started improving. I now only have to take a few drops a day to maintain my vitamin D. My GI doctors now recommend liquid vitamin D to all of their patients.

First of all, thank you Professional Supplement Center for the speedy delivery and price savings on this product. I have been using this for at least five years and it is the only Vitamin D that I am able to take. I have tried many brands over the years and was unable to use any of them due to different allergy responses. This resulted in a Vitamin D deficiency that I didn't even know I had. For some reason, this brand works so well for me, and I am so grateful you carry it!!!
