My Go-To Calcium Supplement

This is my go-to Calcium supplements. The pill isn't huge, so it's easy to swallow, and it helps me make sure I'm supporting the health of my bones and teeth.

East to swallow

I was looking for a calcium pill that was easy to swallow. Despite its huge size (1-1/8 inch) , this one is, probably due to a smooth, soft coating and fact that it is a "soft gel." Still, it is only 600 mg, one-third short of the daily amount my doctor recommended.
