The formula combines superior mineral cofactors, activated vitamins and antioxidants to support optimal health. These nutrients are blended with alpha-GPC and herbals extracts to offer additional support for cognitive function, macular integrity and cardiovascular health.
Supports mental acuity and memory with ginkgo, bacopa and alpha-GPC. Provides targeted support for healthy brain cell function with Curcumin C3 Complex.
Maintains healthy blood vessel function with polyphenols from pomegranate, red wine concentrate and grape seed extract.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 2 times daily, with meals.

I looked over the information on many multi- vitamins for hours before deciding on this one. It has all the usual vitamins & minerals but it has other ingredients for vision, brain & cardio health. It also has special forms of some vitamins like folate and vitamin K that should be better. It does not have iron, but if you need supplemental iron I would still recommend this product with an iron supplement on the side. I have only taken this for about 30 days, so I can't say it's changed my life. I believe it takes longer than that to judge the performance of a product. I did a dissolution test and it did dissolve fully in a glass of water within 45 minutes, so it should be easily absorbed in your system. As with any supplement, it's hard to know if you are getting all the ingredients listed on the label. You have to trust in a reputable manufacturer and try the product long enough to see what it does for you. I haven't had any problem with taking the pills. You do need 4 a day, but 2 at breakfast and 2 at lunch works well for me.
