Traditional Chinese herbalists have used the leaves of the loquat tree to support respiratory health since at least 500 A.D. Planetary Herbals Loquat Respiratory Syrup combines loquat leaves with other key botanicals including the inner barks of slippery elm and wild cherry, two botanicals long used by traditional western herbalists for supporting respiratory health.
Suggested Usage
- Shake well before using. Take every 2 hours as needed:
- Adults: 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml)
- Children ages 3 to 10 years: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml),
- Toddlers ages 1 to 3 years: 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml).
Do not exceed 6 doses in a 24-hour period. Not intended for long-term use. If the need to use this product persists more than 6 weeks, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Other Ingredients: vegetable glycerin, deionized water, honey, molasses, peppermint oil, and citric acid.

Very Good Cough Suppressent

This is my 2nd bottle and I have found it to work well on a bad nagging cough. Taste is not bad at all.
