Mag Cal Formula 2 provides aspartic acid chelated magnesium and calcium in a 2:1 ratio, specifically formulated to assist with efficient muscle contraction and relaxation, and to help in tissue formation.
Magnesium is required in greater quantities to avoid muscle fibrillation and cramping during prolonged periods of physical activity, and is a natural calmative for both the cardiovascular and nervous systems.

Suggested Usage
