Suggested Usage

Relaxing nerves and muscles

I have used this product at different times and really like the effect it has on my sleep and restless legs. It is effective on my overall nerve system as well and mostly I notice when I don't take it. At times I have ran out and been with out for a week or two before I've got new ordered. That is when I start notice it the most. I've taken other magnesium but don't like the laxative effect of those. This product is so easy on the stomach which I really like.
