Many factors can increase the rate of magnesium depletion in the body. Magna-Calm contains 365 mg of Magnesium per scoop (1 level scoop equals 3 grams). Magna-Calm also contains Potassium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, and Natural Lemon Flavor.

Suggested Usage
Shake container before each use. Add 1/2 to 1 scoop of Magna-Calm to 3 oz hot water. Mix thoroughly. Add up to 3 oz of hot or cold water and consume.
Should loose bowels occur, simply reduce the dosage until bowel movements are normal.

Four years of feeling good

prevents &/or eases leg/foot cramps regulates and eases bowel movements I have not had a flu/cold for the 4 years I've taken it. recommend it to many friends/family

Bought this product on recommendations of several friends that say this product works great for Charlie horses. My husband has been taking it every night for a week and I think it's to soon to know if it works. The taste is aweful though, so we take it in a very little bit of water. Have to warm water, then add to the powder so it fizzes, then we drink it quick...since friends have raved about it, we will keep taking it.
