Reliable Magnesium Glycinate

Natutal Factors's Magnesium Bisglycinate was a great replacement for the Metagenics magnesium glycinate I was taking. A note that this pill form are the caps, not pressed, and I'm guessing that might be easier on sensitive stomachs. Still using them, but think they've been effective thus far, at least for what I use them for, which is lowering anxiety and also a mild sleep aid.

Very good product

I was using it for a while in powder, for some weird reason I can’t get it anymore only in capsules and I already take a lot of vitamins in capsules. I will recommend this to anyone who is deficient on magnesium
