Magnesium Glycinate Powder from SFI Health, (formerly from Klaire Labs), contains bioavailable magnesium bisglycinate chelate from Albion Laboratories. Highly absorbable and unusually well-tolerated, this chelated form of magnesium rarely causes gastrointestinal side effects often seen with other forms of magnesium when supplemented in higher amounts.
Magnesium Glycinate Powder mixes easily in water or juice and dissolves rapidly and completely. No flavors or sweeteners are added.

Suggested Usage

I had high hopes for this Klaire Labs Magnesium Chelate Powder. I read that it does not contain the usual allergens. However I found that I am allergic to something in this powder. Very unhappy.
